Welcome to WLTH WLKS, a community created to connect and empower female founders through intentional, walking-based networking.
By joining WLTH WLKS, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership & Billing
WLTH WLKS memberships are billed quarterly at USD $45 (equivalent to USD $15 per month).
Rates are subject to change.
Each billing cycle covers three months of curated member matching.
Member matches are emailed on the 1st of each month to the email address provided during registration.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
At WLTH WLKS, we aim to create genuine, valuable connections for our members. As we grow, we strive to balance flexibility with fairness in handling cancellations and refund requests.
Because memberships are billed quarterly, we recommend cancelling during your third month to avoid losing access to matches already paid for.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise confirmed by WLTH WLKS.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
Accidental Sign-Up (Within 24 Hours)
Members who cancel within 24 hours of registration may receive a full refund, provided no services have been used (e.g., match introductions, events, or communications).
Inactive Period (No Matches for 3+ Months)
If a member has not received any matches for three consecutive months, a refund may be granted upon review.
Relocation to a Non-Active City
Members who relocate to a location where WLTH WLKS is not yet active are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining term. Proof of relocation may be required.
Discretionary Refunds
WLTH WLKS may, at its discretion, consider refunds in cases such as:
The member made genuine attempts to engage with matches but received no responses after multiple follow-ups.
A match or member account was inactive or unresponsive, and WLTH WLKS was unable to resolve the issue.
In such cases, WLTH WLKS will verify communication history and may attempt to contact matches before approving a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Dissatisfaction with match compatibility, personalities, or scheduling conflicts.
Cancellations made after 24 hours of sign-up (unless covered under the conditions above).
General inactivity when matches were provided and opportunities offered.
Requests made after substantial use of services (such as events attended or introductions made).
Circumstances beyond WLTH WLKS’s control, such as members choosing not to engage.
3. Membership Use and Conduct
Membership access is for individual use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Members agree to:
Participate respectfully and inclusively.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
Uphold WLTH WLKS values of kindness, respect, integrity, and inclusivity.
WLTH WLKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for misuse or conduct inconsistent with community values.
4. Intellectual Property
All WLTH WLKS content — including branding, materials, event formats, logos, written content, videos, and imagery — is owned by WLTH WLKS.
No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in WLTH WLKS events or activities, members accept full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
WLTH WLKS is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in community events, connections, or communications, whether online or in person.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
WLTH WLKS collects and stores member information — such as name, email, and business details — solely for the purposes of member matching, communication, and community management.
Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
